Our Purpose

We aim to support companies in establishing successful corporate governance structures through our training and certification programs under the corporate identity of TKYD International Corporate Governance Institute.

Founded in 2003 as a non-governmental organization, the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD) aims to recognize, develop, and implement the best corporate governance practices in the country. In 2022, the TKYD International Corporate Governance Institute (TKYD Institute) was established, adding a new perspective to the association’s 20 years of history.

The training activities previously conducted by our association now fall under the TKYD Institute as of 2022.

We strive to become a reference institution in corporate governance certification, thanks to a corporate structure built according to the principles adopted, offering training and certification programs through our professional training staff composed of leaders in their fields.
